Property blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a legend identifying various parts of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative process.
